At Rocky Boy Health Center, integrity, accountability, and trust are fundamental to everything we do. Each of us plays an important role in protecting our patients, our coworkers, our resources, and the communities we serve.
To make reporting concerns easier and more accessible, RBHC has implemented a 24/7 Integrity & Compliance Hotline. This hotline is an extension of our Healthicity system and any reports made via the hotline will be automatically reported to Healthicity.

When you call, an AI assistant will answer and guide you through the reporting process. Simply describe the concern in your own words. Followup questions may be asked as needed. A report will be prepared for our Compliance Office to review. If you’d like to make a report or talk about it with a live person, please reach out to Lauren Corcoran, Brian Molina, or Joel Rosette.
You may choose to provide your name or remain anonymous.
You do not need to know whether a policy has been violated or have proof before making a report. If something doesn't seem right, we encourage you to report it.
Every concern is reviewed carefully and objectively.
Examples of concerns that should be reported include:
- Fraud, waste, or abuse
- Theft or misuse of organizational resources
- Billing or documentation concerns
- HIPAA or privacy issues
- Unsafe practices
- Conflicts of interest
- Falsification of records
- Human Resources issues
- Patient Care issues
- Violations of law, policy, or our Code of Conduct
RBHC strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern or participates in an investigation in good faith.
Speaking up when something doesn't seem right helps us maintain a culture of integrity and ensures we continue providing the highest quality care to our relatives and community.
