Welcome to the Rocky Boy Health Center. We are grateful you have chosen us. We are truly honored to serve as your community health center. The information on this page will help you prepare for upcoming appointments and help us better serve you.

Make an Appointment

To be seen at the Rocky Boy Health Clinic, patients need to make an appointment unless it is an emergency.

Call RBHC at 406-395-4486

Cancel an Appointment

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer that time slot to another patient.

  • Make a list of your current medications to take to your appointment
  • Make notes of any health conditions you currently have or have had in the past
  • make notes on any health conditions your family (parents, siblings, grandparents) has or has had in the past

Day of Appointment

  • Arrive 15 minutes early to all appointments
    • This will ensure you have time to check in and fill out any required paperwork
  • Bring your active health insurance card
    • Don’t have one? We will help you apply!
  • Bring a list of your current medications
  • Know the name and phone number for the pharmacy you use if you use an alternate to the RBHC Pharmacy
  • Make sure your address and phone number on file are up-to-date and accurate
